mission statement: Being human, moving people.

I am convinced that our coexistence will function better the more satisfied each individual is as a member of a society.

The responsibility for personal happiness lies in our own hands, and we are influenced by the social network we live in. Depending on the situation, this can be both an opportunity and a burden.

That is why it is my concern and my mission to support people in discovering and strengthening their personal resources so that they can be there for themselves and others.

My main areas of expertise are movement (artistic and therapeutic), (stress) prevention, as well as inter- and transdisciplinary knowledge transfer in the socio-cultural and biomedical fields.

The basis is a holistic, biopsychosocial approach that is evidence-based, appreciative, friendly, tolerant and diverse.

Life consists of movement, stillness and the spectrum in between; life has many shades of gray and is also colorful – let us experience and shape it together in this diversity!
