Half-day workshop: Relieve and prevent sciatica through targeted exercise

The sciatic nerve is our longest and thickest nerve, unfortunately it is known less for this exciting fact than for the pain,

which can often be felt through him.

The reason for this is often muscles that are out of balance.
In this workshop, we'll learn how to specifically loosen and strengthen the surrounding muscles to prevent and relieve sciatica. Additionally, we'll provide information on basic anatomical structures.
